Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive / Business Development Officer with a strong background in the fire safety equipment industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our client base, and promoting our range of fire safety products including extinguishers, sprinklers, hose reels, alarms, and more.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2B and B2G segments (builders, industries, hospitals, government tenders, etc.)

  • Promote the full range of fire safety products and solutions to potential clients.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and project contractors.

  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions.

  • Respond to RFPs, prepare competitive quotations, and follow up on inquiries.

  • Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure timely delivery and service.

  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape strategy.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of fire safety products and standards (IS, UL/FM listed, NFPA, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of industrial and commercial fire safety requirements.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.

  • Strong marketing, lead generation, and sales closing capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or business development in the fire safety or industrial equipment industry.

  • Familiarity with fire audit, safety compliance, and tender procedures is preferred.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 5 years of professional experience in managing company finances. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.

  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance.

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliation.

  • Prepare GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings and ensure timely statutory compliance.

  • Generate invoices, debit/credit notes, and monitor outstanding payments.

  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial closures and audits.

  • Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries for management.

  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and tax consultants.

  • Ensure accurate data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

  • Support internal process improvements for financial accuracy and efficiency.

Job Summary:

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Fire Extinguisher Refilling Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in refilling, servicing, and maintaining various types of fire extinguishers. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, safety-conscious, and capable of handling on-site service and AMC visits independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and service all types of fire extinguishers: ABC, CO2, Foam, DCP, Water type, etc.

  • Refill and recharge fire extinguishers using correct procedures and safety guidelines.

  • Conduct pressure testing, valve cleaning, and replacement of faulty components.

  • Maintain proper documentation of service work, refilling reports, and inspection records.

  • Handle on-site service, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits, and emergency calls.

  • Ensure compliance with ISI standards and company quality procedures.

  • Coordinate with the service team for delivery and collection of extinguishers.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of various fire extinguisher types and their components.

  • Ability to identify faults, carry out servicing, and ensure extinguisher functionality.

  • Familiar with testing procedures, refilling machines, and safety protocols.

  • Basic communication and form-filling/reporting skills.

  • Punctual, responsible, and physically fit to handle equipment.

  • Ability to work independently and attend customer sites when needed.


Qualifications:

  • 10th / 12th Pass / ITI or any technical qualification.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fire extinguisher refilling and servicing.

  • Experience with BIS/ISI-compliant procedures is preferred.
